Kashmiri Pudina Chutini/Mint Relish

Serving size: 3-4 people

Ingredients:

  • Dry 1 tsp pudina/mint powder or fresh mint leaves,
  • salt to taste,
  • Yogurt,
  • Pinch of red chili powder.

Method:

  • Beat yogurt in small bowl or katora.
  • Add dry pudina powder, chili powder and salt.
  • Mix well.
  • Chetini is ready.
  • If pudina powder is not available, then mince fresh pudina in a mixer and transfer in a small bowl. Add yogurt, chili powder and salt to pudina paste.
